Review : Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette

Urban Decay Naked Heat

Urban Decay Naked Heat Palette is these days everywhere. You can see it on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube , Pinterest, you name it. Beauty Blogger, Make up Artist and beauty junkies are all praising it. Is it worth of hype?

Previous tree Naked pallets didn’t wake up any serious interest in me. I was thinking to get maybe Naked 1 or 2, but I never could decide, so I never got any of them.First of all I don’t wear make up so oft, and second of all its pretty pricy piece of make up. To be honest this is my first ever Urban Decay product…

My hubby was kind enough to offer to buy Naked Heat Palette for me and since Douglas online shop had -25% on make up, I said why not.

So, thats how I got my first own Urban Decay Naked palette. I decided to take Heat, because of all earthly colors  and combo between matte  and glitter eyeshadows.

First impression was , wow thats heavy. For some reason I expected  light weight palette, well I was wrong.

Naked Heat is really a beautiful piece. Package is really pretty and pinteresty , I dare to say. I did me a small brownish smoke eye, and I loved it. Eyeshadows are pretty pigmented and easy to blend. I’m no make up professional by any mean, but I love high quality make up. If I’m already spending my money I want product to be worth it.  This palette is pretty pricy and it costs ca. 52€ and it contains 12 eyeshadows, 5 glittery (Ounce, Lumbre, Dirty Talk, Scorched and Ember) and 7 matte ones (Chaser, Sauced, Low Blow, He Devil, Cayenne, En Fuego and Ashes).  With all the colors you can create an easy day look, smokey eye , glam look and so much more.

I did swatches so you can see how approximately Nake Heat look like. There you can see all colors, except one:  OUNCE. Reason for it is that Ounce has the same color as my skin, so you can’t really see it on my arm.

All in all I’m positive surprised by quality and pigmentation of Urban Decay NAKED HEAT Palette. I’m usually very sceptic when is about very hyped things, no matter make up, fashion or food, so I didn’t expect too much from it.

Is it worth of hype? Absolutely! I really like this palette and can’t wait to play more with it.
